Reform Quality of Life (ReQOL) is born from the empathy and firsthand experiences of medical professionals and doctors who understand the challenges faced by visually impaired individuals. Motivated by a desire to alleviate suffering and promote inclusivity, we embarked on this journey to extend support and hope to those navigating vision loss. With genuine compassion and a commitment to change, we stand alongside each individual, offering tools and resources to foster independence and resilience.

Meet The Team
Founder Chairman
Dr. Partha Mandal
Dr. Partha Mandal, founder and chairman of ReQOL; Reform Quality of Life, is a distinguished medical professional dedicated to improving the lives of the visually impaired. With a solid foundation in medical education, Dr. Mandal completed his MBBS from Nil Ratan Sarkar Medical College & Hospitals, Calcutta University in 1987, followed by a DO from the same institution in 1991. He further honed his expertise through a fellowship at the prestigious L. V. Prasad Eye Institute in Hyderabad from 1996 to 2000.
Driven by compassion and a commitment to serving those with visual impairments, Dr. Mandal embarked on a noble mission to provide a brighter future for the blind and those with low vision. Through his initiative, ReQOL, he endeavors to revolutionize the quality of life for this marginalized community, offering innovative solutions and comprehensive support.

Trustee
Dr. Soma Mandal
Dr. Soma Mandal, an esteemed trustee of ReQOL (Reform Quality of Life), brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to the cause of improving the lives of the visually impaired.
With her diverse medical background and specialized training, Dr. Mandal is deeply committed to addressing the challenges faced by the visually impaired community. As a trustee of ReQOL, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's initiatives, leveraging her expertise in glaucoma and public health ophthalmology to develop comprehensive solutions for improving accessibility and quality of life for those in need.
Through her tireless efforts and dedication, she continues to contribute significantly to the organization's mission of creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for individuals with visual impairments.


Bidula Das
Ms. Bidula Das is a stalwart in the field of optometry, known for her unwavering commitment and professional excellence. She began her journey by earning her Bachelor's in Optometry in 2009 and further honed her skills through a fellowship at the prestigious L V Prasad Eye Institute in Hyderabad.
Driven by a passion for eye care, Ms. Das has made significant contributions to clinical research, particularly during her tenure at the Tej Kohli Cornea Institute of L V Prasad Eye Institute. Her expertise is further solidified by a Master's in Optometry from Amity University, Gurgaon.
In May 2021, Ms. Das joined Disha Eye Hospitals, dedicating two years to elevating eye care standards. Currently, she serves as the Operations Head at ReQOL, where she focuses on comprehensive optometry care for individuals with low vision and blindness. Her clinical acumen and dedication continue to enhance the quality of life for many.

Mridul Kumar Sarkar
Mridul Kumar Sarkar, trained at Harvard and a proven successful global Lead Healthcare Business Strategist. He works meticulously, and helps to sail through the troubled water seamlessly. A rare combination of expertise and global experience in the Healthcare Industry.
